Reserving an adventure is easy!

Once you have chosen your Classic adventure and the dates, a $500 CAD deposit per person, per adult or family adventure is required to reserve your space. Any reservations made within 60 days of trip departure require full payment at the time of booking. As space is limited we recommend early reservations. We accept VISA, MasterCard and money orders in both Canadian and American currency.

Custom Adventures will require a special deposit that is based upon the number of days and the the number of people attending.  Howling Wolf Adventures will discuss this deatil wiht you at the time of booking.

Specialty packages will require a 25% deposit for each session booked at the time of booking your package.  For our Day Trips, payment in full is required at the time of booking, although you can cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the trip.

Before reserving a trip, please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions and our liability release waiver. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have, we would be happy to answer them.

Adventure Confirmations
Once you have made your reservation we will send you a confirmation letter, packing list, accommodation information, a liability release waiver and general health information. We will also provide you with additional information about your adventure in a booklet, such as itinerary, rooming assignments, accommodation information, etc.

Rooming Assignments
We assign two per room by gender unless a couple, friends or family request the same room. Single rooms are available with an additional charge. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we can usually find you a roommate. If you sign up prior to 60 days, and we do not pair you with a roommate, your single occupancy is free of charge. If you sign up within 60 days of departure, and we are unable to find you a roommate, the single supplement charge will apply.* Family trip rooming assignments will depend on the number of people in family.

Balance Due
Final payments are due 60 days prior to tour departures. If payments are not received by due date, we must regard your reservation cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative fee. Final payments can easily be made by money order, Visa or MasterCard.

Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to all clients to protect their vacation investment. Trip insurance is widely available. Howling Wolf Adventures reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety issues, road closures or other considerations deemed necessary by Howling Wolf.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative fee. The remainder of your deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to trip departure. No refunds of the total tour cost will be made for any reason 60 days prior to the tour departure date. There is no refund for leaving a trip early or arriving late. All cancellations require written notice.

Occasionally, a trip cancellation by the company may occur. If we are unable to provide you another trip that is satisfactory all monies received by Howling Wolf Adventures will be refunded.

So here is our legal stuff so that hopefully everything is nice a clear right from the start. You will find these types of terms and conditions on just about every travel site on the web. Unfortunately society has made this a necessary part of business. So please read carefully through all of our terms and conditions and the liability waiver before you book your adventure with us and if you should have a question or two, either talk to your legal advisor or give us a call and we will try and answer your question. Once you have booked an adventure with us, and paid your deposit or full payment these terms and conditions form a contract with us, so please make sure you read them first. When you arrive on your adventure, we will once again review the liability waiver with you and then have you sign the waiver.
