Where We Are

Situated just north of the Idaho/Montana border and just south of Banff National Park, the East Kootenay area of British Columbia is easily accessed. Banff is Canada's most popular National Park, with over 4.5 million visitors annually. The East Kootenays has the same breathtaking mountain peaks and wildlife, just less people. Many times we are the only people on the trail, we feel this adds to the adventure experience. With four generations of family residing and working in the area, we know the landscape like the back of our hands. We can show you many secret little areas or trails, only known by the locals, giving you the feeling of living here.

The closest airport access to all of our meeting places is the Cranbrook Regional Airport, from which there is daily service from Calgary, Alberta and Vancouver BC. Shuttle service can also be arranged from Calgary and Spokane for a nominal fee. The drive from Calgary or Spokane is a beautiful trip, if you choose to do it on your own. Please note travel time from Calgary or Spokane to Cranbrook is approximately 4 hours.
